KATHARINA´S NOTES
A risky act, not everyone's cup of tea (not mine for a long time). All the more exciting, then, and to my great surprise, somehow the darling at the end. The underdog, the rascal, who - if you give it a bit of time - drops all the unloved elderberry skins and shows its invitingly spicy character traits. Then you suddenly want to spend much more time with him, learn more about him, get to know his different facets. In fact, it is a bit of a world tour: Nutmeg, turmeric, cumin, herbs and finally a squeeze of lime.
